IP authentication​

For institutions that have a designated IP range, IP-based access is the most straightforward and commonly used method for authenticating access to International Press's content. Individuals browsing from an IP address within the specified range will automatically be recognized as part of the institution and will have access to unlocked subscription material.

To establish IP access privileges, please email our online service team at online-access@intlpress.com, including your customer ID and the relevant IP address range.

What is Online First Service​

These are newly published articles within a journal but not yet assigned to an issue. The Online First service lets users access peer reviewed articles well before print publication. These articles are searchable and citable by their DOI (Digital Object Identifier). By utilizing Online First publication, we significantly accelerate the dissemination of pivotal research to the academic and research communities.

Why is the 'read full text' button missing when reading articles and books​

The lack of the "Read Full Text" button when reading journal articles or books may be caused by the following reasons:

  • You may not have the corresponding subscription or purchase permissions, so you cannot access the complete content.
  • This content may be missing the full text PDF.
  • The website or platform may be undergoing maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the display of the 'Read Full Text' feature.

If you encounter this issue, please check your subscription status or contact customer service for further assistance.

Can I provide an invoice after purchasing the publication​

  • If correct payment is included with your order, the order will be fulfilled, and you will be sent a paid invoice.
  • If no payment, or insufficient payment, is included with your order, you will be sent a pro forma invoice to be paid. Once we have received full payment against that invoice, the order will be fulfilled, and you will be sent a paid invoice.

What should I do if I find errors in document processing (such as discrepancies between the title and the full text, incorrect names or unit names, etc.)​

Please email the literature title and link to the customer service email address online-access@intlpress.com We will verify and make corrections.

Definition of First Author and Corresponding Author​

  • The first author is usually the main contributor of the paper, representing individuals who have a significant and direct impact on the research work. If there are multiple authors whose contributions to the research are equivalent, they can be listed as first authors in the manuscript and their equal contributions can be clearly stated in the author contribution statement.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for communication and coordination during the process of paper submission, peer review, and publication. All communication matters from paper submission to publication are the responsibility of the corresponding author.
  • The identity of the corresponding author does not need to overlap with that of the first author or senior author.
  • If there are multiple corresponding authors, please clearly list the names of all corresponding authors in the manuscript to ensure smooth communication.

My IP has been authorized for books and journals, but why does the "Subscribe" button not show "Read Full Text"?​

If you're unable to access the full text content, please open your browser and go to https://link.intlpress.com/ipinfo to check your IP address information and confirm with the administrator whether your IP is authorized. Check your own IP address
