Book Module Changes​

eBook Field Update​

  • Field changed: "is Online" → "Has eBook?"
  • New functionality: Dynamic field display based on selection

Book Module Changes

When "Has eBook?" = "Yes": The following eBook-related fields will be displayed:

  • Access Level: Controls user access permissions for the eBook
  • PDF Read Only: Determines if the PDF can only be viewed (not downloaded)
  • PDF View Type: Specifies how the PDF should be displayed to users
  • DOI: Digital Object Identifier for the eBook

When "Has eBook?" = "No":

  • All eBook-related fields are hidden from the interface

Journals Module Changes​

Volume and Issue Sorting​

  • Removed: Manual "sort" fields
  • New: Automatic sorting by creation time (newest first)

Book Module Changes

Issue "Is Newest" Field​

  • Removed: Manual "Is newest" editing field from Add/Edit forms
  • New: Automatically sets "Is newest" = "Yes" for most recently created issue

Euclid Export Button Update​

  • Journals affected: JDG, ACTA, and Arkiv
  • Button renamed: "Download Index File [Euclid]" → "Data for Project Euclid"
  • Location: Volume and Issue modules
  • Function: Export metadata for Euclid platform upload

Information Menu Relocation​

  • Previous location: Information menu under Settings
  • New location: Information menu moved to CMS navigation
