Smart Data Auto-Population​

The Production module now includes intelligent data pre-filling capabilities to streamline the data entry process and improve workflow efficiency.

Auto-Fill Functionality​

When adding new production data, the system automatically populates specific field values based on your journal and volume selection:

  • Journal Selection: Choose your target journal from the dropdown

  • Volume Selection: Select the specific volume number

  • Auto-Population: System automatically retrieves and fills the following fields from the previous issue in the same volume
